On Friday, April 1, Community Health Foundation proudly helped sponsor a COVID vaccine clinic for underserved areas by Clark County Combined Health District in conjunction with Rocking Horse Community Health Center. CHF funded incentives ($25.00 gas cards) for participants in the event.
The event provided 74 COVID-19 vaccines: 13 series starts, 3 second doses, 22 first boosters, and 36 second boosters. 73 incentive cards were given out. Patients also had the opportunity to grab a variety of healthy breakfast snacks provided by CCCHD and Second Harvest Foodbank.
The event was a testimony to the power of community organizations coming together to provide health and wellness services to our underserved areas. It is who Community Health Foundation’s mission aims to serve.
Thank you CCCHD for allowing Community Health Foundation to be a part of this most important, heartwarming event.
