Community Health Foundation Awards $775,000 in Outreach Funding!

Community Health Foundation (CHF Springfield) has provided outreach funding of $775,000 this fiscal year for emergency needs, health equity programs and projects, the women’s and children’s programs of the Clark County Combined Health District, oral health and mini grants for smaller community projects.

GRANTEE SPOTLIGHT: Clark County’s Partners In Prevention

Community Health Foundation supported the Thriving Families program with a $10,000 grant.  The youth and instructors in this program decided to implement a “Sticker Shock” campaign, a prevention initiative designed to raise awareness about the legal consequences to retailers and individuals of providing alcohol to minors.
