Cost covered by most insurance plans if patient meets the criteria for screening. Out of pocket charge may apply. Accepted: Medicare, most insurance plans. Offers a low-dose CT scan of the lungs that detects lung nodules or spots that may be cancerous. Must be over age 55 AND have a history of heavy smoking to qualify for screening. Please call to discuss your individual situation with the Cancer Navigator. Screenings offered at Springfield Regional Imaging and Lab Center or Mercy Health Urbana Hospital.
Rape, Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence: Emergency Room care. Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners operate under strict HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. Emergency contraception available.
