The Nehemiah Foundation works to connect Clark County churches and ministries with local needs; their vision statement is Together we can flourish, mobilize and impact. The CarePortal is one way to achieve this vision. Through CarePortal, a simple response—a bed, groceries, clothing or help with rent—can prevent a child from entering foster care, a family from being displaced and create life changing connections. The CarePortal provides direct support to people in crisis and connects churches and individuals with those needing help.
