Healthy living doesn’t just mean good physical, mental and nutritional health, it also includes good dental health. Community Health Foundation has long supported and provided resources that promote good dental care.
This year, CHF is providing resources to teachers of young children who want to teach their students good dental habits. For example, first grade teachers in Clark and Champaign counties can call the Foundation for virtual or printed support materials for their classroom, including a link to the Rocking Horse Community Health Center’s dental video and a copy of the “I Brush My Teeth” book (available in English and Spanish). For more information on these dental resources, contact Joan Elder at (937) 523-7007 or jelder@mercy.com. For all others, you are invited to use the resources published below.
