Community Health Foundation and its oral health coalition is providing toothbrush and toothpaste to kindergarten and first grade students in Clark County to promote better dental health—this equates to 3500 children receiving the dental supplies! Clark County schools also received curriculum to support teaching children’s dental health and some schools received Rethink your Drink displays to encourage drinking water versus sugar laden drinks.
The coalition is also sponsoring a Give Kids A Smile dental screening at Springfield Sports Academy on February 21 with the help of Drs. Rohit and Kayvon Nezhad.
