Matt Shroyer is a CPA with Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. (CSH) and serves as Treasurer of the Community Health Foundation (CHF).  He has been at CSH for over 15 years and in public accounting for over 32 years, and primarily serves not-for-profit organizations.  Matt enjoys living out the mission of CSH, which is to better the lives of its clients, its people, and its communities.  Matt enjoys serving on the CHF board because of the significant health and wellness support CHF provides to Springfield and Clark County in various ways, including grants to not-for-profit organizations that provide direct care and support to those in need.

Matt also serves as Treasurer of the Springfield Church Athletic League, as well as Audit Committee Chair of The Ohio Masonic Communities. Matt holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Wright State University (WSU) and serves on the WSU Department of Accountancy Advisory Board.  Matt is a 2008 graduate of the Community Leadership Academy of Leadership Clark County (LCC) and later served as President of the Board of Directors of LCC.

Matt and his wife, Kristin, are lifelong residents of Springfield and Clark County and love spending time with their family, including two children and two grandsons.  In their spare time, Matt and Kristin love to travel, especially exploring National Parks and watching baseball games at stadiums around the country.  They also enjoy attending local entertainment events, like the Springfield Summer Arts Festival, concerts and musicals at the Clark State Performing Arts Center and Dayton Dragons and Champion City Kings baseball games.
