Health Resource Guide for Clark and Champaign Counties – 4th Edition
Formerly known as the The Women’s Health Resource Guide, the Health Resource Guide for Families of Clark and Champaign Counties is currently available. This edition, our 4th, was issued in 2015.
Similar to the previous three editions of the Guide, published in 2007, 2009 and 2012, the 4th Edition contains nearly 1000 resource listings and over 360 different health care providers. It is divided into three main categories: Information for People of All Ages, Information for People of Childbearing Age, and Information for Older Adults.
The Guide is organized by main health topics such as Healthy Lifestyle; Cancer; Rape, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence; Adult Education and Training; Community Supports; Pregnancy; Reproductive Health; Family Life; Senior Living; Heart Disease; Diabetes; and sub topics such as Vision, Dental, Exercise and Fitness. In addition, there is a section on Paying for Health Care and also an alphabetical provider list.
Copies of the Guide are FREE and can be obtained by calling Diane Van Auker, Project Coordinator, at 937.523.7010 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Multiple copies of the Guide are available to public or private agencies and organizations. There is no charge for delivery.
