Community Health Foundation is governed by a 15-member, independent Board of Trustees who hires an Executive Director to manage the daily affairs of the organization. Board members serve three-year terms and are elected at the annual meeting in October.  As of November 1, 2011, no member of the CHF Board may simultaneously serve on the Community Mercy Health Partners Board.  The Board of Trustees meets quarterly; between meetings the Executive Committee composed of the officers conducts the business of the Board.  Board members are required to disclose conflicts of interest and related party transactions at least annually.
